• Account management and settings

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

Registered Free Tier (Login Required)

• Full calculator access
• Basic journal entries

Paid Plan (Login + One-Time Payment Required)

• Unlimited journal entries and history
• Full dashboard analytics
• All premium features

4. User Account & Registration

Account Creation

• You must create an account to access premium features
• You must provide valid email address and verify it
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

5. Payment

One-Time Payment for a Fixed Period

• Trade Calc Master V5.6 is sold as a one-time payment for a fixed period — choose a 1-Month, 3-Month, 6-Month, 1-Year, or 2-Year plan — there is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no auto-renewal
• Payment is processed securely via our payment gateway (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets)
• Access is granted automatically upon successful payment confirmation
• Your saved Journal data is never deleted even after your plan period ends

• We store your data securely on Firebase servers
• You can export your data at any time
• We do not share your data with third parties

Data Accuracy

• You are responsible for accuracy of data you enter
• We are not responsible for errors in user-entered data
• Regular backups are performed but not guaranteed

9. Limitation of Liability

Trade Calc Master shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities
• Trading losses incurred while using the platform
• Technical failures, bugs, or service interruptions
• Third-party actions or external market factors

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trade Calc Master from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your trading decisions and activities
