2. Description of Service

• Performance dashboard and analytics
• Account management and settings

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

• You must provide valid email address and verify it

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

4. Subscription & Payment

• Auto-renewal unless cancelled

Payment Terms

• Payment via UPI/Bank Transfer as specified
• You must complete payment verification process

• We are not responsible for errors in user-entered data
• Regular backups are performed but not guaranteed

8. Limitation of Liability

TradeCalc Master shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities
• Trading losses incurred while using the platform
• Technical failures, bugs, or service interruptions
• Third-party actions or external market factors

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeCalc Master from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your trading decisions and activities
